R4V - Regional Refugees and Migrants Reponse Plan

The Inter-Agency Coordination Platform for Refugees and Migrants (R4V) brings together nearly 200 organizations, including UN agencies, civil society organizations, faith-based entities, and NGOs, among others. These organizations collaborate under the Regional Refugee and Migrant Response Plan (RMRP) for Venezuela in 17 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean. In recent years, the Regional Platform has strengthened the availability and transparency of data, enabling a better understanding of the needs of Venezuelan refugees and migrants in the countries covered by the R4V response, while also facilitating more effective planning and monitoring of the interagency response.
