Time and Day Heat Map

It is a chart showing values over the course of a day, in which an hour assumes one of the colors of a gradient from blue or green to red, i.e., from cold to hot. The color represents the intensity according to the value of a quantitative variable and is used to show trends at times of the day. It is often used to show global interaction on social networks to know the best times to post.
