Data and Peace: Visualization Workshop with La Trocha -La Casa de la Paz

In this event, we will explore the main challenges in accessing and using data on the implementation of the Peace Agreement in Colombia: lack of transparency, centralization, and limited access.

We’ll be joined by La Trocha – La Casa de la Paz, an initiative led by signatories of the agreement that combines memory, solidarity economy, and culture to build peace from the ground up. We’ll discuss their work, the role of data in their efforts, and how they navigate the challenges of reintegration.

During the session, we’ll host a participatory workshop where attendees will create a data visualization to help communicate and highlight the impact of local organizations that work for peace every day.
