In this workshop, we’ll explore how to communicate data through the anaglyph effect—a visual technique that creates the illusion of 3D depth using overlapping red and cyan images. This method, popular in cinema and experimental graphics, can also serve as a powerful way to reveal hidden layers of information.
We'll focus on data that helps us understand territories and spaces from new perspectives. Throughout the session, you'll discover inspiring examples of anaglyph visualizations applied to geographic, social, and environmental data. You’ll also get hands-on: creating your own visualization, learning what materials you need, how to prepare your data, and how to visually experiment to highlight what often goes unseen.
Join us and uncover the hidden data!
