Colombian Cuisine

The history and culture preserved in books can be transformed into usable digital products. That's what we did with the Great Book of Colombian Cuisine, published by the Ministry of Culture, which contains information about 700 national recipes. We created a multimedia report that invites users to explore culinary tradition at their own pace. Additionally, we created a tool to identify and create recipes according to regional traditions.
