Investment of resources and public finances in Palmira

We designed data communication strategies to help local governments make the planning and investment of public resources more transparent. Through a webpage, we detailed ways to exercise social oversight and published information on procurement, including key findings such as the agencies with the highest contract allocations, the months with the most activity, and the total amounts invested. Additionally, the data used in the tools is downloadable and verifiable, providing citizens with the opportunity to create their own visualizations and conduct new research.
