Women in the stock market

We analyzed, for Colombia, the proportion of female and male board members in companies listed on stock exchanges. This research was conducted with other organizations from Latin America and Spain, where we concluded that for every woman there are 7 men holding positions on boards of directors; Mexico is the worst country in gender equity in this matter, and Costa Rica leads the ranking with 22.43%.
